"Friendly, Respectful, and Professional"

I used the car buying service from USAA. Called and talked with Reggie, and set up a time to come down and test drive the car. Meryl walked me through the paperwork and even shared some funny personal golf videos. From beginning to end, I received great customer service and I am very pleased with my overall experience.

"Easy, Happy Purchase of Used Car"

We found our car through the Truecar website. I inquired online as to whether it was still available. A few minutes later I received a phone call from a lady at Herlong Ford. She was not pushy and answered all my questions. The next day my husband and I drove to Edgefield (from Martinez, GA) to look at the car. Bernie met us and promptly brought us the car to take it for a test drive. The dealership is located on a country road that gives you the freedom to accelerate and brake in any manner you like without much traffic. We liked the car, so negotiated a price contingent upon two things. First, the upholstery had to be cleaned to our satisfaction. Second, even though the car was still under some warranty, we wanted to take it to a mechanic near home that we knew and trusted. They said they were okay with that, so I came a couple of days later to bring the car to be inspected, The upholstery had been pretty well cleaned. The mechanic gave the car a thumbs up, so we went that evening to finalize the purchase. Bernie was knowledgeable, efficient, personable and not pushy. We were also happy with the way the finance lady treated us. We got the car we wanted at a price that was in our range. We were served by the employees in a timely and respectful fashion. Overall it was a really good experience and we would recommend Herlong Ford to others.
