Several problems. The loaner was available as promised - it was clean and smoke free. Throughout the day I received updates regarding the findings and likely costs. After talking to the general manager Shanehan Wes I was looking for a new car and was going to contact a couple of local dealers for pricing and help. After talking to the general manager Shanehan Westphal he gave me a fair price and made me want to do business with them . I never even called the other dealership . The price we agreed to on the phone that day never changed and they were fair on including a trade in as part of the deal . It made the whole process go smooth and I hopefully will come back to this team in the future. More
