I was told I had to attend a meeting in person to go over the options. So I made the nearly hour trek to meet with someone and was immediately given a heavy sales pitch for a new Honda. When I informed them I decided to purchase the leased vehicle I was given (several times by at least two people) that I needed to get a Maryland state inspection. I told them that I resided in Washington , DC. I was still told I must have a Maryland inspection. I was then told that I had to call the on site guy to make an appointment. When I did he stated it would be $100. I kept reiterating that I received a letter from Honda financial and it did not state an inspection was required. I made two more trips, made many phone calls, and emailed the manager to deal with this. I was also late to work fooling around with your company. I am extremely disappointed. My experience with Honda has been soured. More

I was fortunate to find my car at Herson's Honda. The staff are up-front and have great communication. I received a price quote right away via email by Pat Zavala, and he always responded promptly to phone calls. The car was still being built when I first contacted Herson's, but I was well informed about delivery dates. Aaron Philips likewise has always responded promptly to messages, even after the sale. I literally couldn't get this level of communication from the Honda dealership in my own town. Aaron was very professional in handling the final details. He sent photos of the new Honda when it arrived from the factory and explained all the important features during the test drive. Alex Garcia is the most patient finance rep I have ever met. He clearly explained my options and I got the package that was right for me. Given that this model is in such short supply, I did not haggle about MSRP. I was very pleased to get the exact model Honda I wanted, and with such professional customer service! It was worth the travel to an out of state dealer. More
