First (and only) stop was Herson's. We were looking for a small SUV, so focused on the CRV. Our salesperson knew the vehicle very well and was extremely enthusiastic about its sales record and performance. He was persistent without being pushy, and ultimately guided us through a deal that was quite satisfactory. We are happy with the CRV, and happier that we didn't have to spend the whole weekend at dealerships. More

I explained that my car had been totaled in a recent accident and that I wanted a new car with all the bells and whistles. He showed me around the lot and took me for a drive in a Honda Accord. I then got behind the wheel and found the car to have everything I wanted, plus some. He was not pushy and gave me the chance to think about it. I went back the next day and bought my new Honda Accord. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and caring. That's why I gave this dealership my "high five." More
