I was honestly ready to give up on Kia altogether and start shopping for a different brand. Thankfully, I decided to give Kia one more chance, and that’s where I met Ralphael at Herson’s Kia. From the moment we started talking, he completely changed my perception of what a car-buying experience should be. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle instead of just making a sale. Even though he was busy, he never lost focus on what I was really looking for and made me feel like I was his top priority. Thanks to Ralphael, I ended up purchasing a fully loaded 2027 Kia Telluride, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
