That being said, I just wanted to commend Athena Lundin; • I have purchased from Acura and unfortunately, it appears that I never received it. That being said, I just wanted to commend Athena Lundin; • I have purchased and or leased 20+ vehicles in my lifetime. • To say that the most pleasurable sales experience was with Athena would be an understatement. Unfortunately; • My car was totaled and in the process Athena was patient and understanding through my process till I was able to purchase the vehicle. • By our conversations, we test drove (2) vehicles till we narrowed down the vehicle that suited my personal preference and my budget. • Athena always had my best interests at hand. Athena is a consummate professional; • From understanding the product that she is selling to learning & listening to the customer in terms of needs and wants. The final delivery of the vehicle was nothing les than PERFECT. • Her product knowledge is incredible, to say the least. But, NOOOOOO! I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and I will never step foot inside again. These little men are unpolished, uneducated, unkempt and unwilling to be kind. If there were never another car make available, I would ride a bicycle everywhere. If there is a Hertrich family that is involved in this business, you should be ashamed and embarrassed to have these two Neanderthals representing you. More
