Chris was very attentive to our needs, explained the amenities in layman's terms, as well as the in's and out's of the various models we were interested in. We quickly narrowed our choices down to two. Chris offered us the opportunity to return for a test drive of both models and gave us his card. Two days later we called him back to schedule a day for a test drive. We were able to narrow down our needs and wants further. As Chris was working on price range we had the opportunity to select interior, color, eyesight, etc. My husband and I quickly realized the car we wanted was one of those we had just test drove with only 10 miles on it. My husband said to Chris, "I want that one and I don't want anyone else to drive it!" Chris very casually said 'then you need to buy it'. Chris Preston quickly shifted gears to make it all happen so we could drive away with our new 2018 Subaru that afternoon! Nice work, Chris. We never felt pressured by Chris at any point in time; he stated facts and let us decide. Mike Wahl handled the financial end of the deal. He was quick, yet thorough and efficient with the paperwork. He helped to move things along so we could get on our way which is all we really needed or wanted. Thanks to Heuberger Subaru's hospitality staff too. Marshall Guffy talked through both the Forester and Outback with me, letting me test drive four different varieties. He never pushed the most expensive options--even though that's what I ended up buying!--and patiently explained the pros and cons of each bell and whistle. Negotiations were pleasant and accommodating, and I love my 2018 Forester 2.0XT Touring! If you're going with Subaru, no need to go anywhere else...and ask for Marshall! More

Across eight time zones Marshall was able to guide me every step of the way. He answered my questions patiently and made sure I got just what I wanted in the car. The Best Car Dealership I have ever been to! I needed to buy a vehicle since moving to Divide, Colorado. I did a lot of research and had my heart set on a Subaru Outback. I met with a lady named I needed to buy a vehicle since moving to Divide, Colorado. I did a lot of research and had my heart set on a Subaru Outback. I met with a lady named T and she was so professional and welcoming. She sat down with my mother and I and spent many hours helping us decide what Subaru we should purchase. She was patient and kind and knowledgeable of everything we needed that day! She even got us many lattes that day at your refreshment bar, and believe me I needed caffeine to try to figure out what to purchase! Your dealership was a lot of fun to be at and especially having T as our sales lady!! I feel I really put T through the salesperson test, because I and my mother asked so many questions and we couldn't decide what we should do that day, Buy or walk away! T was patient and she spent many hours with us that day! Then I walked out on the showroom floor and looked at the Outback and I thought it was too big of a vehicle for me. It seemed a lot bigger than I thought and I wanted to look at a smaller Subaru! T took control knowing how much I had my heart set on a Outback that she said "lets go for a test drive in the Outback!" It wasn't easy for her to find the exact make and model for us to test drive but she found the model Outback I wanted and she took us out for a test drive! Wow, I was sold after that! I know that if she hadn't made the effort to go for a test drive I would not have purchased the Outback that day!! T went above and beyond my expectations of a wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable salesperson! I can't say enough great things about her! Also your dealership was so clean and inviting to be in!!
