I just brought a 2021 Lincoln navigator l and find out the transmission have problem in 5 days. It only have 29k miles. And I have to go back the dealer to repairb the transmission but the they told me I the transmission have problem in 5 days. It only have 29k miles. And I have to go back the dealer to repairb the transmission but the they told me I have to wait 3 months to call back then make an appointment. How do you feel you just brought a commercial vehicle for limo and you got in trouble not even a week? They don't really care about it. More

Brought my car in for service for an issue that 3 other dealers could not fix. The technician named Mark managed to fix it while i waited. I was planning on going on a trip and this was in the back of my dealers could not fix. The technician named Mark managed to fix it while i waited. I was planning on going on a trip and this was in the back of my mind and i wanted to get this fixed before i drove 1500 miles. Mark reassured me that the problem was fixed. Im glad you guys have technicians that know how to properly diagnose vehicles. My mind was at ease when we took our trip. 5,000 miles later and the vehicle is running like new. Thank you guys More
