Warranty work completed sat. Was told a higher price for work prior to pick up, but then Taylor ensured the appropriate warranty was applied and my cost was zero. Work completed on time, only downside, first time had to have warranty work performed under 50K miles, but the service was great and I like the new location. Car provided for warranty work was clean and it gave me an opportunity to test drive a newer Outback model. Would recommend Taking your Subaru here for service, love the video and the walk/talk that is Texted and emailed. The technician always sound professional. More

We walked in looking to buy a car and it was painful trying to test drive the different types of Subaru's. I was also really interested in the used Bronco on the lot. Once he heard our targeted used car trying to test drive the different types of Subaru's. I was also really interested in the used Bronco on the lot. Once he heard our targeted used car budget (our new car budget was different but he never asked any questions). He was edgy when asked about interest rates. Probably assumed I had crappy credit. I was the one buying the car and he kept talking directly to my husband. We'd never owned a Subaru (mostly Toyota's) so I was interested in learning about them...not the place. He was cranky, seemed put out when I kept pushing to drive an Assent and talked mostly about himself. Supposedly he's listed a a peak performer on their website too. When asked for his card and he said he'd text me to send me the 2 cars that we're about to hit the lot. Never did! So we went to 5-Star in Grapevine the next day and bought a car - red carpet service there BTW. More
