It took less than three hours, and they returned the car to me fully detailed, and didn't cost a dime! Not only does Mo care about his customers, he makes sure that his team exceeds expectations. Mo never disappoints. Although I've had a couple service advisors assist me, and they are all great, Mo is my "fav". He has been my tech since we bought two cars in 2014.
