VW Beetle cooling concerns I’ve worked with Mo in the past, and he always goes above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. My daughter’s 18 year old VW Beetle heat st I’ve worked with Mo in the past, and he always goes above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. My daughter’s 18 year old VW Beetle heat stopped working. Mo suggested a coolant flush and ran CLR or CL4 through the system to try to remove rust and other contamination. However, the effort didn’t produce the results that I wanted but I was well aware that a new heating coil and blower might be needed. Mo, confirmed my thoughts after the work was done. So I’m going to buy my daughter a new car; we’ll keep the Beetle to drive during the summer since the a/c does work, and that’s even more important here in Texas! More

Wonderful & Trustworthy I bought my car new 5 years ago with Carlos as my sales guy - Fast forward over 5 years later, whenever Carlos sees me in the service department he AL I bought my car new 5 years ago with Carlos as my sales guy - Fast forward over 5 years later, whenever Carlos sees me in the service department he ALWAYS remembers who I am and what I do for a living. We maybe speak once a year and his thoughtfulness and courtesy is unlike anything I've seen. I think of "car salesmen" as people who just want to make a sale as fast as possible without getting to know what you really need/want. I continued getting my car serviced at Hiley after my 2 years of having my car (that's when the basic services aren't free anymore!) and I don't regret one minute of it. I always wait at the dealership and have a great and reasonably fast experience with the work that's being done. Mo is my go-to service advisor and he always comes through with the best service and even coupons when their available that I don't know about. From little events like changing my own headlight bulbs to my radiator leaking and me being really worried, I can pick up the phone and call Mo and he will consult with anything going on with my car and advise what to do and how to help. I've reset my automatic windows over the phone, been given help with changing bulbs over the phone, and many other tasks that I much appreciate. I will continue getting my car serviced at Hiley and you should too! Mo is the best! More

I did have to bring the car into service to have the air filter checked out shortly after i pruchased however it was a pre-owned and the service department handled it free of charge! Mo was my service advisor and was quick and helpful. He took my car in without an appointment as I had purchased the vehicle from their dealership about 2 weeks before, he knew I had to pick up my daughter from school and was able to quickly check my car. Everyone at the Hiley service center is amazing. Mo checked in on my car and followed up to make sure everything was great. Thank you Hiley service center!!! More
