He is an exceptional talent that lets you know that you are the most important customer. His attention to detail makes your experience at Hiley Volkswagen the best vehicle service you will ever get. He took me back into the service area where I met the technician that was working on my vehicle. He explained in detail each of the services that my vehicle needed. We looked at each part and he explained why that part needed to be replaced. We analyzed which sevices needed to be done immediately and those that could wait until the next service. I will request Mo as my service advisor for my next service. When I left the dealership, I felt relieved knowing that my vehicle had been serviced at Hiley Volkswagen.
