Patient and understanding I am not a super savvy car shopper. I found a good deal online and drove from over an hour away to check out in person, and hopefully purchase, of I am not a super savvy car shopper. I found a good deal online and drove from over an hour away to check out in person, and hopefully purchase, of one the vehicles advertised online. What what supposed to be a 30 minute test drive and purchase, turned into a 3-5 hour escapade after my bank required me to be reapproved for a loan I had already been confirmed for. This entire time I was dealing with the bank, Ken was extremely patient and went out of his way to accommodate me in my quest to purchase the car (which, through his help, I was able to purchase). So in short, I was that customer from xxxx who just wouldn't leave, and Ken was patient and helpful the entire time. Thanks Ken! Hopefully the next time around will be much smoother on my end. More
