He is an extremely courteous young man who is very knowledgeable and polite. Prior to test driving the Tiguan he took the time to go over the vehicle and explain some of the features. It was nice to know where the wiper controls were before actually driving the vehicle. He also was always very respectful regarding my comments about other vehicles that I was considering purchasing. He never had anything negative to say about other brands that I was considering purchasing. This impressed me very much.
