Amazing experience! I'm writing this review because I recently (yesterday, Friday) bought a car from Hiley VW dealership. I honestly went in there thinking "I am not buyi I'm writing this review because I recently (yesterday, Friday) bought a car from Hiley VW dealership. I honestly went in there thinking "I am not buying a car today, just looking". My old car was payed off and have been enjoying my non-payment, but I have wanted the VW EOS since I was 16 years old. This is my dream car, its the only car I have posted on my dream board. Yesterday Akram (Adam) was able to help make this dream come true happen for me. From the minute I met him, he was friendly and very nice. I went in with my brother (and his wife), who did the majority of the talking since I don't know anything about car buying, I was able to get a brand new 2014 VW EOS, with 18 miles!! With a payment I could only dream of!! I never felt pressured into buying the car, but when the manager came in and gave the last offer, I couldn't help myself, I cried! I still cant believe it. I would definitely recommend Akram, he was truly amazing!! More

As an engineer, I'm a pretty logical guy and everything I was hearing seemed to make sense and together we put together a deal I'm very pleased with. Akram (Adam) Alrashaideh TRULY made the purchasing of my car a wonderful experience. From the moment that I made an inquiry about a VW EOS that I was interested in - Akram worked hard to ensure that my experience was outstanding. Never once did I feel pressured ! Akram was confident , knowledgeable, enthusiastic and most of all patient. Without question, I will return to work with him, as well as, refer anyone I know that is looking to purchase a vehicle. Akram Alrashaideh Salesman I was at the dealership for my Jetta's 30K service and while waiting for my vehicle, I was looking around the showroom floor when Adam approached me a I was at the dealership for my Jetta's 30K service and while waiting for my vehicle, I was looking around the showroom floor when Adam approached me and told me he could get me out of my lease. I only owed about a yr and a half more to pay it off but since it was my 1st lease ever, I was a bit afraid of what to expect when it was time to turn it in. So Adam showed me several vehicles, took his time with me, allowed me to test drive a couple of VW CC Sports and I wound up purchasing a 2013 CC. He stood by his word and the dealership made a couple of repairs to the vehicle and for that, I highly recommend the sales dept (Adam) and service dept for their professionalism. More

Great Sales Experience Carlos Belmonte was our Sales Associate when we purchased a brand new car. Friendly Dealer I went to this dealership having a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Kimberly helped me find a specific car though which was nice.
