Prior to going to Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington, I visited a few other dealerships around town in search for a Fiat, and they were all less than satisfactory visits relative to my experience with Kyle at Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington. I go into dealerships skeptical and expecting to deal with annoying, pushy, and untrustworthy dealers, but that was not the case here. Kyle was helpful and honest. He and his team really worked with me to get a great deal so that I could walk out of the dealership with my Fiat that night. Not only did I purchase the car, but my boyfriend, who was not planning on buying a car, also found a great deal while working with Kyle. He traded in his vehicle and bought a great 2013 Jetta. I went to the dealership and received a welcoming smile and handshake. We looked at a couple of cars and I found the Passat I wanted. I told them if you can make the down payment, trade in and get me and extended warranty all within a payment I can afford I will buy it today. In less than an hour I was driving off the lot with the biggest smile on my face and relief in my heart. I have a reliable car to get to work everyday. I am so thankful! Also Richmond sinc my phone with the car, went over all the options. Had it detailed for me and a full tank of gas. I have previously owned a Porsche and a BMW from Park Place and they have never done that. And those vehicles cost 3 times what I could afford today. Richmond even followed up the next day with a phone call to see if I was enjoying the car and if I had any questions to give him a call. I have told everyone about Hiley and before summer is out I am sure a few of my friends will want a new car like mine. More

We really were going in to just look around, and get a feel for what they had and do some comparison shopping, but Adam was so helpful, knowledgeable, and understood our needs, a great listener, and we hit it off right away. No pressure shopping, he was just an all-around nice person who knows his product. It was an absolute pleasure. Kenn showed the utmost professionalism and welcomed us like we had been customers for a lifetime, a real class act and he really worked with Adam in helping to get us right around the price we were comfortable with. Nael handled our financing and he knows his stuff. Hilarious, but explained everything, worked out our needs, and made our night. My husband said he could turn a sow’s ear into a silk purse, and he did for us. Brad was Adam's sidekick when I went back on Saturday, and he was very patient with me as I searched for my car. I really wanted an SUV since I've been driving one for 8 years, and was bummed about not finding the style I wanted, but all of the guys said I'd fall in love with the Passat over a domestic SUV. We'll still see about that, but we were very pleased with the care of service and professionalism we received from them. So, two cars in two days...wow!!!
