Hiley has been my servicing dealer for a few years now. I recently took my 2012 Passat TDI in for damage I caused to the wheel, strut, etc. The service work was done well and in a timely manner. However, upon picking up the vehicle I noticed grease on my beige seats. Long story short, the seat cover had to be replaced. Hiley provided a loaner car so as to make the process as easy as possible. Hiley's response and solutions provided to those mistakes will keep my coming back. So, thanks to Steve and Huma for once again making my experience with Hiley a great one. Thanks for the attention and service provided on my newly purchased 2012 Touareg Executive TDI as well! More

I did not feel great about my experience with this dealership. However, they did follow up several times to see what they could do to make me feel better about things. While I am still somewhat disapp dealership. However, they did follow up several times to see what they could do to make me feel better about things. While I am still somewhat disappointed, it's clear they do care about the customer experience and tried to work with me towards a solution. Ultimately, I was the one that signed the paperwork when I knew I shouldn't have. Just make sure you feel good about the price and any value for your trade in and you should do just fine. More

First my name is Michael dominguez, my wife Sonia and I went ot Hiely VW to look at the possibilty of trading in our VW Beetle for a new one. From the time we arrived at the dealership, we felt very welco went ot Hiely VW to look at the possibilty of trading in our VW Beetle for a new one. From the time we arrived at the dealership, we felt very welcome, Mr. Erwin greeted us and let us know he would work to answer any questions we may have. And he did, he was so helpfull we purchased a new VW Beetle. When it came to the lease Mr. Vann and Mr. Erwin work with VW Credit to get us approved and made sure it was deal we could live with. Once that was done, Ms. Siddique handled the paper work in a very professional manor and she also let us know about the car care policy that we could add to the lease that would repair anything, other than items that wear, wipper blades, motor oil, tires, etc.. Basicly a bumper to bumper and we did add it. We ejoyed our experience completely and will definitely will recomend Hiley and this crew of people to everyone we know that is looking for a car. More
