When my husband told KEN that only white colour would be accepted and there was no white golf in the shop. Ken managed to get one from other branch in only one day's time which was so impressive. We appreciate all Ken's effort in finding us the right car in the shortest time. I do love my new golf. As a new driver this car gives me so much confidence on road. I began this journey six months ago. I reviewed on line Lexus 350, Infiniti Q- 50, Toyota Camry and Hyndai Sonata. I visited one VW dealership in Ft. Worth and then stopped by Hiley. I really wasn't going to buy that day but Ken had made several inquiries with me over the phone so I stopped in. It didn't take long for me to realize that Ken knew where I was headed. He had a vehicle brought up and allowed me to take our time and look it over. Didnt need a test drive because I already had taken one at the other dealership. So, we began the process . Ken was very open to what I was trying to get down to. He helped us through the red tape and expedited to his manager . Once we discussed what my objectives were they helped me get to where I needed to be on my new Passat SEL premium TDI white with Tan interior. Honestly, this was the easiest and stress less experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. The papereork went through fairly quickly and then Ken spent quite a bit of time going over and demonstarting as amny features as possible. He was very professional . What I really liked the most was the willingness to help me be satisfied with my decisions and to assist in anyway they could to get me to MY goal. Ken was extremely confident in selling the quality of this product . Welll, I am still in the new stage and hopefully the quality of the VW Passast TDI premium will live up to its reputation. I hope so because my last vehicle was 12 years old and had 233,000 miles on it. Have to go in for my first maintenance check up and get my license plate. I am sure Ken will stop by and check on how I am doing with my new Passast. That is the kind of guy he is. More

Joe Wallace was the best salesperson that I could've been paired with. He was honest, kind, and down to earth. I've been in sales for almost 20 years and it's easy for me to recognize when someone is being sincere and real. Although, the car that I purchased is what sold me, Joe made it a great experience by not pressuring me and treating me with the utmost respect. Even the other salespeople were kind and entertaining to listen to. The atmosphere in that dealership is light, friendly, and positive. I would highly recommend Hiley Volkswagen. More
