I have always heard good things about buying a VW and several of my friends have bought from Hiley. So when I began considering buying a Passat, Hiley was the logical choice. From the time we got there, several of my friends have bought from Hiley. So when I began considering buying a Passat, Hiley was the logical choice. From the time we got there, the staff was so friendly but there was NO pressure. We were free to walk around and look, all while not being trailed by a sales rep. When we were ready to discuss, it was simple and to the point. The sale was super easy, not like other car buying experiences I have had. The sales team was great and upon purchasing the car Cody was there to go over everything. He took the time to explain everything and both he and Barbara were so,easy to work with. When I came in a few days later for tint, everyone remembered me and came to say hi and ask how I liked my car. I have never had a ad buying experience like this. It was great! I bought my Jetta TDI from Ken Erwin about 3 years ago. I called him on the Sunday before Labor Day because a light in my car went on and I was afraid if I drove it I would cause the car more damage. We began dealing with Ken about a week before actually visiting the dealership. We drove in from Midland and stopped by last Saturday, August 24th. We have since received a follow-up call from Ken about our satisfaction with the Passat and to be completely honest, we couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience and vehicle. Ken is an all around great salesman. He isn't the type of salesman who pressures his customers in buying extra options or warranties. The guys there are easy to work with and are friendly.
