!!!!WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! This guy claims to know alot about his job when in reality he knows very little about what a SERVICE ADVISOR job is or what he should say and do two This guy claims to know alot about his job when in reality he knows very little about what a SERVICE ADVISOR job is or what he should say and do two people....he relies on belittling people and Making them feel like little to nothing because of an older car they have or the type of rims... my husband and I have never felt so belittled in Our Lives.... he should be fired he does not know Good customer service instead of trying to help you with the problem he will talk to you like a smart elek xxxxxxx, cut you off and pretty much tell you you don't know what you're talking about he will misdiagnos your car which he is not even a mechanic and is nowhere near competent enough to be telling people what's wrong with their car car for that matter....... he will cause problems that didn't exist before and basically refuse to fix it then make you feel like it's your fault or because the car is older.... then tell you that you are trying to get free work done...I went in due to a recall on an ignition in a car they make, they supposedly fixed it then when I left I had to take it to a real mechanic because it wouldn't start Brian told me because of the misfire it wouldn't start I never had that problem even with the misfire until Hill-Kelly serviced my car and when I got it back from them it had numerous lights on that had never came on before..... the mechanic shop I took it to told me they couldn't fix it due to the ignition and the computer of the car not corresponding together it was a security issue at this point so I took it back do Hill-Kelly Dodge then Brian told me that all of the this was due to a misfire and PDC issues then proceeds to tell me oh yea "his machine also said my transmission was going out and the brain of the car would need to be completely replaced" which he had never mentioned the first time when I was there....he is a joke and thinks it's funny to play with people's only means of transportation and will ruin your car I would not recommend anyone to go here to get your car serviced you will end up with alot more problems that you will be responsible to fix this place is not about helping customers that buy there junk cars they just want to get your money ............. the lack of experience and intelligence of these people kill me how are they employed.... I will also be contacting his supervisor , mr. Bentley ,mr. Bragg and mr. Norwood about this matter.... I am very offended..... in the paperwork he said he contacted me never once did he call me I still haven't got a word on my car they leave you completely in the dark no updates at all.... More

Don't Trust the 100 Point Inspection My wife and I bought a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 for our son. The truck was bought “as is”, but we were told that Hill Kelly Dodge would conduct a 100 poin My wife and I bought a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 for our son. The truck was bought “as is”, but we were told that Hill Kelly Dodge would conduct a 100 point inspection. Shortly after buying the vehicle (54 days) it would not start. When we called Hill Kelly, we were told that they did not offer towing and that the vehicle would have to be towed at our expense for repair. After having the vehicle checked by a mechanic, we learned what the problem was. There was a lot of soldering in the fuse box from a temporary repair job. As a result of the temporary repair, the fuse which operated the fuel pump would not snugly fit into the fuse box and would come loose with vibration. As a result, the entire fuse box had to be replaced at a total cost of $657 (parts and labor). When we told the mechanic that Hill Kelly performed a 100 point inspection, he told us that the problem could have been diagnosed by simply taking the lid off the top of the fuse box and looking inside. We realize we bought the vehicle “as is”. Even so, we do not trust inspections conducted by Hill Kelly Dodge. Buyer Beware! If you buy a used vehicle from Hill Kelly, take it to a mechanic and get it checked out. Do not take the dealership’s word that they will do a check using their mechanics. The 100 point inspection means nothing. To add insult to injury, we went back to Hill Kelly to speak to the sales manager about what had been found. We were told to wait in the waiting room and that the sales manager (Andy Johnson) would be right with us. After an hour of waiting, we had to go track him down ourselves. Hill Kelly cashed it the next day. When closing the purchase the Finance person tried to tack on an additional 2.5% over the rate originally quoted. In my book thats EXTORTION. Something that I consider very unprofessional is the fact that I never received a thank you call or card. My Son bought his first car from HK the previous year and He also never got any followup contact, and what's sad is that "Julie" knew it was his first car. I guess HK sells so many cars that they don't need to worry about common decency. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from these clowns again. I have dealt with Aaron Tuberville in service; He is very professional...too bad the rest of the dealership isn't like Aaron. More

It turns out that they underquoted me by over $140! But David Del Regato honored my original quote, did an excellent job, and was very friendly. Would highly recommend Hill-Kelly for car service. I showed up for a scheduled appointment to replace a recalled water pump and was told the part was not available. I was upset as I had scheduled several weeks in advance and I had called again the day prior to my visit to confirm Appt, etc. I left the dealership unhappy but knew the manager needed to be aware of the problem so they could remedy. I sat down with Ginger Wiggins and she patiently listened to my explanation and then quickly went to work to solve my issue. Her team of service writer Aaron Turberville and Beth Campbell (loaner vehicle) were also pleasant and professional in making sure I was satisfied. As we say in the Navy, "Bravo Zulu" for showing that you really do care about your customers!! More
