Richard was very helpful and patient as we spent a few hours going over different minivans and their options. I rececently purchased a vehilce from Hill-Kelly and I was a little hesitant at first. I was contacted via phone by James Smith and I was NOT happy with his customer service. He was very rude and not willing to work with me on anything. He told me to call him back a little later if I was going to come down to the dealership and when I called back he was already gone for the day. That is when I spoke with Sandy and she helped set up an apt for me and was very understanding. Once my family arrived at the dealership we were set up Richard and he was great! Very nice and very understanding. He let us work around my kids needs which was amazing. I have never seen someone so paitent with kids. Instead of shoving our family of four into a tiny cubicle, he let us stay in the waiting area so my kids could play while the adults talked. I would have given better overall rating but I am not please with how James was. He pretty much called me a liar when I said a price a friend got a vehicle for and I ended up buying the same vehilce for a good price I was happy with. So thank you to Sandi and Richard for all the help and we LOVE our new vehicle!! The only thing I would recommand is having extra help with the finance side. We were sitting around for an hour or two just waiting to talk to the finance guy. More

Came in looking to buy a new car, and thats when John came over to my husband and I and took great care of us. He listened to what we wanted and what we were looking for in a new car and made us comforta came over to my husband and I and took great care of us. He and Danny both went way over and beyond what any other dealership has done! For me not being a big fan of dodge vehicles, walking into Hill Kelly dodge definitely switch me from being a chevy person just with the customer service!!! (and my Jeeps way more than what I ever expected) Chuck the finance manager took his time and explained everything to us and answered all the questions we had and we left feeling comfortable with our new loan. I normally do not like to do surveys but when someone does an AMAZING job they need to be told! These guys don't do this for just a paycheck; they do it because they enjoy putting people in a vehicle that will compliment their personal lifestyle! I will definitely continue to tell people about my wonderful friends over at Hill Kelly and will NEVER buy from anyone else again!!!!!
