Met original salesman, Lonnie Smith, and then Richard Hartland. Lonnie was able to recognize that truck was already chose, I was there to talk money. Richard joined the deal when he saw we were stuck a Hartland. Lonnie was able to recognize that truck was already chose, I was there to talk money. Richard joined the deal when he saw we were stuck and I was about to leave. He showed us a solution, that made the deal happen last night, but left door open if I could beat financing at GWFCU. We went home in truck. When I am ready to purchase my car, I will be returning. Wonderful experience buying our new truck. More

This dealership sold me a Jeep liberty that had been wrecked and had damage left from the wreck and had a recalled sky glider roof. After telling them this the manager refused to fix it and said they h wrecked and had damage left from the wreck and had a recalled sky glider roof. After telling them this the manager refused to fix it and said they had no way of knowing what happened to the vehicle before they got it. We went here because its supposed to be certified pre owned but if they have no way of knowing what happened this is a false claim. This is my third Jeep and my only bad experience with a Jeep dealership . I do not recommend this dealership or a 2008 Jeep liberty! More

I just want to say I find the ratings for this dealership very, very, very hard to believe. It makes me wonder if dealerships can buy positive reviews online, just like celebrities can buy Twitter followers very, very, very hard to believe. It makes me wonder if dealerships can buy positive reviews online, just like celebrities can buy Twitter followers. My husband and I just bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from this dealership the end of July... and we love the Jeep, but it was the worst car buying experience we have EVER had, or probably EVER WILL have. We made the deal on a Saturday afternoon with intentions of picking up the Jeep early Monday morning. The salesman said I am going to get it all cleaned up now and I will be in before 8:00 AM Monday for you to sign the papers. We put down a deposit and came back promptly at 8:00 AM Monday. From the minute we walked in the door that morning I regretted every part of this purchase. The salesman Kelly who was going to be in before 8:00 to get everything going was nowhere to be found. Over an hour later he shows up. Got stopped for speeding on the way to work. Great, an hour of our time wasted. We said is the Jeep ready to go? He said no, i am just taking it back now to get cleaned up. But, he said he was doing that Saturday so it was ready to go Monday. Of course, that was not true. Kelly told us we could have the rest of our money from our vehicle that we traded in on this Jeep wired to our credit union. Assured us of this... we asked like 3 times. Again... that was not true. He brought the Jeep around and it was filthy dirty. Disgusting. I asked him Saturday to make sure the brown stains that were on the inside of the roof were taken care of. There were brown streaks of something on the white roof on the interior. When he brought the Jeep around I said did the top come clean? He said yes, they took care of it. I stuck my head in and looked. Same as it was before. They never touched it. There were also scratches on the jeep and stone chips that had to be painted and taken care of and I can't believe this was a brand new $40,000 Jeep. We also asked if we got the limited edition floor mats with the jeep that were supposed to be in it... because they were not there. Kelly said oh, I thougth you got those, but you don't. I had to call back and talk to someone else to get them. At least we finally got them. All of the the issues with the jeep were supposed to be taken care of in 1 day. Which turned into 2... which turned into 3. To top everything off, our steering wheel had a defect in it. It had to be replaced. They put the wrong one on. Told us no, the steering wheel you had on the jeep did not have red stitching on it, it was all black, but we knew this was wrong. So, several calls and complaints to Chrysler finally got that fixed a month after we got the Jeep. Tony Gilbert made some attempt to fix things, but that just went downhill. He was nice and apologetic at first, but after we kept having problems and calling in his tune changed. He got nasty with my husband on the phone and told him that we obviously didn't appreciate the fact that he had busted his a#$ for 3 days making sure our Jeep was perfect. Well guess what, if he had put in that much effort, we would have never have came to pick up our Jeep that had the incorrect steering wheel on it. And... for the finale, the icing on the cake... this Jeep dealer titled the Jeep wrong! Then when they realized they messed up, re-titled it correctly. And guess what? Voided our warranty for the car. Could this get any better? We only found out because of our 50 calls we had to make to Chrysler with our problems... or we would have never known. They are supposedly trying to straighten this out. Now our brand new Jeep has no warranty and shows 2 owners. So, now why would I wonder if this dealership paid for all of these positive reviews? This place is a joke. If was the last car dealership in the world I would resort to walking. I 100% regret buying anything here. And this story isn't even half of what we experienced. Lies, lies and more lies is all you will get here. At least the GM called us one day after half a dozen calls put in for him. He talked to my husband and assured him that he would be calling him back. Good thing I didn't hold my breath for that. It's been a week or better and we have not heard back. Go figure. Lead by example!!!! Good job... More
My husband and I were shopping around for a Jeep Grand Cherokee when we stubbled upon Hill Kelley Dodge. They had the exact one we wanted online, and it seemed to be in excellent condition. My husband cal Cherokee when we stubbled upon Hill Kelley Dodge. They had the exact one we wanted online, and it seemed to be in excellent condition. My husband called on the Cherokee and spoke with the internet sales agent, Patty Hayles. She was very easy to work with and because we live 2 hours from Pensacola, she and her manager were able to work out our deal over the phone. The next day we traveled to Pensacola. When we got to Hill Kelley our Cherokee was sitting at the front of the building and as soon as we walked up to it we were greeted by Casey Chambers. He was very nice and professional and let us look the vehicle over. My husband notice there was a problem with the key (it did not have button for the push start) so he asked Mr. Chambers what the problem was. Mr. Chamber used his "charm" and basically blew him off by never really answering his question, but said he would check on it. My husband let it go and we went ahead and test drove the vehicle. On our test drive, Mr. Chambers made several comments about how much he knew about Jeep and Dodge, that he grew up around them and there wasn't a question about the Cherokee we could not ask him that he could not answer. This was our third Jeep purchase so we were pretty sure it was what we wanted and we had done our research, as well; therefore, we did not have any questions because we knew what to expect, and what we were getting from a Jeep product. Once we got back to the dealership, my husband told Mr. Chambers that we had already worked out the deal and we were ready to sign the paperwork. Mr. Chambers went and got the paperwork for us to sign. To make an extremely long story short, we did not want to finance through the dealership and Mr. Chambers became very upset over that. He kept trying to pressure us into it and we told him no about ten times. When we went to close the deal with the finance guy, Rick Rice, the experience was unbelievable. We told Rick that we were not interested in financing through the dealership, and he became very unprofessional. He used profanity towards us in his office, and my husband ended up getting the general manager and told him what was going on. Of course the GM did what he could to smooth things over so he wouldn't loose a sale. If the price would not have been so good on the Cherokee we would have left. To make things worse, Mr. Chambers never checked on the key problem and when we got home with the Cherokee we found that the entire key was broken. We ended up having to take the Cherokee to a local Jeep dealership and have it fixed. The key was not the correct key and the inside parts did not work. After two days in the shop, our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee now works. Mr. Chambers and Mr. Rice tried to pull one over on us and I am very mad. I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM HILL KELLEY DODGE EVER AGAIN!!!! This was the worst experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. Everything seemed to be going fine until we said we did not want to finance. These guys were completely unprofessional and tried to take advantage of us. Please be careful when dealing with Casey Chambers and Rick Rice. Casey is arrogant and cocky and Rick is rude and a jerk. I have nothing for this dealership and hope I NEVER see these people again! Overall, I had a fantastic experience with this dealership. I initiated an inquiry after seeing the car I wanted online. I spoke to Richard Manning at 7am CST and loved that he was available that dealership. I initiated an inquiry after seeing the car I wanted online. I spoke to Richard Manning at 7am CST and loved that he was available that early in the morning to field questions. He was very nice and courteous. He worked with me throughout the day to verify info about the car and ensure I was comfortable with initiating a purchase remotely. Couple points of feedback, though: Richard has been a car salesman for a long time which is both a good and bad quality. He's very knowledgeable, but sometimes forgets to put the "schpeel" on hold and have an actual two-way conversation with you. You can tell he is passionate about his job and employer, which are wonderful and commendable traits, but there were a few times I got frustrated because he kept overtalking me and not validating my concerns. The sale wandered into the next day and Richard had me work with Garner Lynch in his absence. Garner is *so* friendly and absolutely willing to go out of his way to ensure you are comfortable in every way. He was a lot of fun to work with and I'm glad we got to meet him. We eventually came to a fair agreement and I am very happy I purchased the car. I worked with Rick Rice to tidy up the deal. He has a great personality and made the "number-crunching" and paperwork minutia rather enjoyable. More

I have dealt with Dean McArthur and the Hill Kelly Body Shop before when someone hit and totaled out my 2005 Jeep Wrangler that I bought new from Hill Kelly Jeep. So, I bought my 2011 Jeep Liberty from Hil Shop before when someone hit and totaled out my 2005 Jeep Wrangler that I bought new from Hill Kelly Jeep. So, I bought my 2011 Jeep Liberty from Hill Kelly Jeep after that and thought of their body shop first when my Liberty received some damage from another vehicle. The estimate was fast, accurate, and the finished work was class A and done in a efficient time frame. I live in Daphne Alabama but feel the drive is well worth it over to Pensacola to have such a great all around team like Hill Kelly Dodge/Jeep help me with everything from new sales, to service, to repairs when needed. If I could rate them as a dealer I would give them 5 stars! Thanks to Dean and all of the Hill Kelly family. More
