Me and my wife bought a used 2010 dodge caliber about 3 weeks ago and today we found out 3 of 4 tires are bad on the car. they even told us when we got the car the tires were good. I had been shopping Online for a Wrangler, working with a dealership in GA. After several weeks of going back and forth with that Dealer (with an ever changing price), I contacted Hill-Kelly. I spoke with dealership in GA. After several weeks of going back and forth with that Dealer (with an ever changing price), I contacted Hill-Kelly. I spoke with Heather and Susan initially, and Their professionalism and honesty impressed me beyond words. Here I had been dealing with someone at the GA dealership that couldn't answer 1 question with out checking with management nor would they give me a solid price. With in minutes, I had a price on a unit identical to the GA unit. I made arrangements to come to the dealership to drive the Jeep. Not only was I greeted by Heather and Susan, but also Tony. I was then introduced to Matt. He did a great job of going over all the new features of the 2012 that differed from my 2004. After driving the 2-door, I decided that I prefered the Unlimited. Unfortuantely, there wasn't an Unlimited Rubicon on the Lot or available for dealer trade equipped like I wanted. So Tony worked with me to order my Perfect Unlimited Rubicon. I just got the email that it is shipping and can't wait for it to get here. I've bought 30+ cars over the years and this TEAM is one of the best that I have ever dealt with. A 5 Star rating is well justified and earned by these folks! More

Richard hartline was wonderful and patient as helped me find the right car for me dispite my hesitations with purchsing a new vehicle and having car payments. So I started looking for Jeep Wrangler about a month ago. I was wanting a New or Used two door Rubicon, but that was very hard to find in my price range. So one day I went to Alabama to look at a used one an I was wanting a New or Used two door Rubicon, but that was very hard to find in my price range. So one day I went to Alabama to look at a used one and on my way back I stopped at Hill Kelly. I had Ashton De Los Santos as my salesman. He did not have a rubicon but had a Sahara 2012 and a used 4 door Rubicon. Also we looked at getting one from down south. Though we could not get any of these to my liking in price until I got a phone yesterday. Ashton called and said he had the deal of my dreams. I respect that he remebered what I was looking for and gave me a call when it arrived. Even with it being a hard vehicle yo find with what I wanted Ashton and his manager Tony Gilbert came through big. And made it entertaining. They gave me the best DEAL and I mean DEAL in a 300 miles radius. People always told me Pensacola was the place to buy a vehicle and they were right. Thank You Ashton and Tony. More
