For about a month or so, I had searched relentlessly for the perfect vehicle, as it was going to be my first. Like always, I was presented with embellished stories here and there, false details about the ve the perfect vehicle, as it was going to be my first. I was conducting a search on autotrader and that's where I ran across a 2000 Chrysler Sebring Convertible. Judging only by the facts posted online - the mileage, interior and exterior condition and amazingly the price - I was SOLD!!! I kept putting off the visit, but when I did finally arrange it, I spoke with one of the representatives by the name of Emilynn, who made the visit hassle-free. We arranged a time, same-day, and when I arrived the keys were at the front desk along with another rep, Richard Hartline, and the car in the front-most parking space! I was able to test drive and that actually sealed the deal! Of course, I had the jitters, so I thought about it overnight. Next day I noticed around 8 or so missed calls, all from Hill-Kelly. Even a couple texts urging me to come in as soon as possible because I almost missed out on the opportunity, this vehicle! They kept me updated throughtout the entire process, talking it over with the other buyers and their store manager (assuming). I can honestly say that these two individuals fought for me and this sale like noone else - I fathom - could. A process that lasted one month was sealed in just less than 24 hours, and with nothing less than a smile! Would not have had it any other way!!! More
