I liked that they didn't add hidden fees on the top of the list price, bloat the DMV fee, or try to convince me into financing. Jaime was pretty nice. I was also a little misled that I was able to take it for a test drive before paying on the condition that I connected my insurance to it, but when I got there it turned out I did have to pay up before driving it out of the lot. It would be good if they were totally clear about this. It is pretty scary buying a car and not being able to drive it - while I understand the situation with COVID. Other than that it was a great experience compared to other car dealers I visited. I had texted Jaime after I bought the car about the remote battery and he was helpful there too. They cleaned up the car really well between purchase/driving out of the lot. I'd recommend the dealer to others, but I'd ask that they be up front about no test drives, and be patient with people asking questions while filling out the paperwork. More

Even though I repeated multiple times that I was not in a rush and I wanted to see my options in terms of financing, the process became extremely rushed and I had been forced to ingest a lot of information without really having time to elaborate it properly. First I got told I needed some kind of car insurance even to just be able to look at financing rates with any bank. When I stipulated one, I got pretty much talked into a deal with included warranty through Honda financing. The rate was good but telling me "you won't find any better rates anywhere else" doesn't mean that I should not be given the opportunity to at least try. Even just quickly looking at some examples would have been helpful. While I was still thinking about it I got presented with paper to sign and got told "I already ordered the car". This is not how business is done. I admit the warranty is convenient, given the financing rate, but it was an additional cost which resulted in me paying more than anticipated in the end. I walked in thinking I would have used that day to weigh my options and decide what to do within a week or so and walked out (very late because of the wait for the paperwork etc) with a car that I feel like I was "partly forced" to buy. I might have ended buying it anyways because, after looking elsewhere, I saw that the only better deal would have been better by just a few hundred dollars and without some of the advantages I have with this warranty. However, buyers should not be "rushed" like this and hearing that phrase made me really wonder if I was being ripped off to be honest... More
