I had a issue with BMW not recognizing my X3 to engage remote unlock; the fob had locked inside while my Canadian vehicle was in the U.S. A call to Hilton Head BMW reached Isaaca Dobson in Sales who imme remote unlock; the fob had locked inside while my Canadian vehicle was in the U.S. A call to Hilton Head BMW reached Isaaca Dobson in Sales who immediately responded to say she would come and get me, drive me 1/2 hour to where my second fob was located and drive me back to unlock the vehicle. This is customer service at it's finest and deserves to be recognized. Thank you Isaaca for going above on beyond in your approach to gaining customers and providing outstanding service! More

Was a very, very easy process. I made sure I had all my documents head of time and they in turn made sure they were ready to receive them. Was in an out in under an hour or so. All that for not, a massive inconvenience and waste of time.
