I've been involved in three vehicle purchases at Hines Park Ford. All three were without issue. One with a family member, two of my own. I dealt with two different salespeople. Both were professional and Park Ford. All three were without issue. One with a family member, two of my own. I dealt with two different salespeople. Both were professional and trustworthy. The financial and service staff were knowledgeable and professional as well. The atmosphere at the dealership shifted me to Ford products. Highly recommended by me and when I'm ready for another, I'll be back. More

We just picked up a new vehicle from Hines Park Ford where Kevin was our salesman. It was the best, smoothest transaction in over 30 years. He was able to find the vehicle we wanted and we were in const where Kevin was our salesman. It was the best, smoothest transaction in over 30 years. He was able to find the vehicle we wanted and we were in constant communication with updates on status the entire time. Start to finish was 3 days. On top of that he was fully knowledgeable on the product and the process, as well as the vehicle and features which he took the time to show us. Not only was the experience totally outstanding but when you consider two other dealerships/salespersons, closer to our home, still have not even called us back it makes it even more amazing. It was a little further of a drive but well worth it! More

We went to several dealerships when shopping for our new vehicle. At each dealership no one seemed interested in obtaining our business.
