Aftermarket part installation I had another great experiance with the service department at Hodges. Mark Matthews did a fantastic and very professional installation. He also took some photos to show how the wiring was routed. I will continue to have the car serviced at Hodges. Pleasant purchase I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted but did some research on Consumer Reports and Mazda's CX3 came up with positive reviews and good safety ratings. Worst car buying experience ever! If I could rate this dealership below a 1 star I would! Eric wasn't the main issue, but between the finance manager Mike Shaw, and Kevin calling me an If I could rate this dealership below a 1 star I would! Eric wasn't the main issue, but between the finance manager Mike Shaw, and Kevin calling me and asking actually being really pushy to drive 45 minutes to the dealership to re-sign their slip up. They finally come to my job to re-sign papers and now I'm one day away from the temp tag expiring and they're telling me I need to not only drive there to pick up a new one but also pay some extra fee for the tag being extended a couple months. Really hope NO ONE goes to this dealership and I will not only not recommend anyone to go there but to express to any and everyone I know car shopping to never ever shop at Hodges Mazda because they are there to try to rip you off and not give any satisfaction to trying to make my experience any better even after the fact they were calling me and bugging me to come out of my way to come re-sign the contract. Saying things like "What time are you gonna be here today?" after I told him I was working all day then expressed "Well what time will you be here tomorrow?" still telling him I could not make it there for the next 3 or 4 days then he sent Eric out to come to my job to sign.. But Eric wasn't a bad guy himself but the business is not recommended to anyone I know... More
