If there were a "zero" no stars option, I would choose zero (0/5). I had to return my vehicle three (3) times to attempt to obtain the services I paid for. The alignment was not performed precisely and zero (0/5). I had to return my vehicle three (3) times to attempt to obtain the services I paid for. The alignment was not performed precisely and required a return visits to correct it. One or more of the new tires purchased were improperly balanced and possibly defective; which caused the vehicle to vibrate. After attempting to resolve the issues with 2 service technicians on 2 individual visits, I asked for the general manager. I was instructed to speak with Robert Service manager. He provided a 1 day rental and my vehicle required realignment and balancing. I requested changing all the tires for safety and a strong suspicion of a defective tire. Once again, I was informed that adjustments were made and my vehicle now drives safely. I was advised by the service writer who test-drove my vehicle, that the problems were repaired. My concern was, why was a service writer test-driving a customer's vehicle? Should a certified mechanic have test-driven my vehicle? My vehicle continues to vibrate, has a poor ride, and pulls to the right. Why is it that 3 return visits and the issues remain the same? Improvements are needed in the workmanship, training and certification of ALL staff. As well as, communication and professionalism training. There is NO regard for integrity and professional customers. The time I have spent returning on 3 occasions, along with phone calls and email messages is as valuable as your time. THANK YOU! More

Salesman was helpful and knowledgeable but at point of sale we learned of missing key fob. Dealer still working to correct this but unsure if they will locate it. 2 weeks after car purchase, battery faile sale we learned of missing key fob. Although this is not a warranty item, having to jump start a car you just purchased definitely soured the experience. In my mind, a weak battery should have been noted on the dealership’s inspection of the vehicle when they prepared it for sale or at least replaced as a courtesy since we have had it only. 2 weeks.
