Eric Singer - Man, Myth Legend This review is specifically directed at Eric, the wonderful Mazda consultant who recently got me into a CX-5. I cannot say enough about how smooth Er This review is specifically directed at Eric, the wonderful Mazda consultant who recently got me into a CX-5. I cannot say enough about how smooth Eric made this process. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the Mazda product line (seriously - ask him anything) but he is willing to go the extra mile for his clients. A few examples: 1. After purchasing the vehicle, we missed a few signatures. With any other dealership this would have been a frustrating inconvenience. Eric literally drove himself 45 minutes to meet us and obtain these signatures...and acted like it was NO BIG DEAL for him to go out of his way in this regard. 2. I opted for the custom interior protection after finalizing the paperwork. I was told this would take an extra 45 minutes after we finished signing all the documents. It was already getting late and I as it nearing dinner time - I was getting a bit hangry. What did Eric do? As soon as he found out I had opted for this extra, he personally took the car to the service department and helped the service folks apply the protectant. As a result, the car was ready to go as soon as I signed on the last line. 3. Hodges Mazda offers complementary car washes. Eric informed me to simply text him before I come in and he will take care of this personally. I have no reason to doubt this as Eric is a man of his word. Keep in mind - Eric is in Sales. 4. We mulled over the purchase for several days. Throughout this process never once did I feel pressured in the least. In fact, Eric took a selfie video of the 2 trims I was interested in to confirm they were available and pointed out some of the features and differences between each trim. I have never experienced the level of thoughtfulness and care that Eric displayed during this car buying process. I was simply wowed and will definately come back for the next ride and refer everyone I can in Eric's direction. Thanks again, Eric!!! (I should mention that Drew, the sales manager was great to work with as well as well!!) More

Five Stars All Around! We spent several weeks looking for a car that not only met OUR standards and price points, but also met the approval of our 16-year old daughter. She test drove several vehicles from various dealerships; Mazda met all of our expectations. Her test drive at Mazda she took without us. This gave her the independence and responsibility to ask all of her questions. Under no pressure, we continued shopping it out and ultimately decided that the CX3 was the one! Due to tight scheduling on our end, Eric Singer went above and beyond to make the purchase process efficient and easy. Relaxed atmosphere, great staff. We were in and out within an hour. We wanted to surprise our daughter with the car, so Eric and staff worked with us to have the car delivered to our home and to one very surprised and grateful teenager! A month later, we couldn't be happier. It's the perfect first car for our new driver and we couldn't be more thrilled at how great the entire experience was for our family. More

2019 Mazda 3 Purchase I very rarely give 5 star reviews and would never think in a million years to give one to a car dealership but here we are. I've owned Hondas (2000 C I very rarely give 5 star reviews and would never think in a million years to give one to a car dealership but here we are. I've owned Hondas (2000 Civic SI), Acuras (1997 Integra GSR), Nissans (2004 350z) and as of late, a 2016 Mazda 3 (IGT). My 2016 3 was leased when my Nissan motor kicked the bucket. I was looking for an economy car that was still fun enough to drive and the 3 fit the bill. When my lease was coming to maturity, I dealt with a local dealership that left much to be desired in terms of customer service, knowledge and confidence. At the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Eric Singer at Hodges Mazda. I immediately knew this was the guy I would be purchasing my new Mazda from. Eric checks all the boxes that my local dealership fell short on and so much more! He was pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. I told him exactly what I wanted and he suggested the EXACT model I really wanted. Sight unseen, I put the deposit down for a 2019 Mazda 3 premium in white, with red leather interior and a manual transmission. He was patient with all my questions and kept me in the loop for every step of the process. I always dread new car purchases mainly for the experience I invariably have with pushy and rude salespeople. I love my Mazda and almost fell away from the brand because of my experience with another dealership. Eric saved the day and my relationship with Mazda and I will definitely be brand loyal in the future. Eric is an asset to Hodges Mazda and has made this purchase an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Thank you Eric!!! More
