My first Mazda started with Jeff Leonard. I liked that he wasn’t pushy. He was respectful and helpful. Service was good. I wasn’t crazy about returning to Jacksonville to have car’s in-networ I liked that he wasn’t pushy. He was respectful and helpful. Service was good. If I could leave zero stars, I would have. On March 10th, my fiancé took my car in to get an oil change and informed me that a worker had crashed into my car and the bumper needed to be fixed. On March 10th, my fiancé took my car in to get an oil change and informed me that a worker had crashed into my car and the bumper needed to be fixed. My car was sent to a collision “shop” and I went to google it and found no address or number to call. I had not received updates on my car from Mazda or the collision shop. On April 1st, we went to return the rental and pick up my car Only to find that no one had inspected my car and the bumper was not even aligned and missing clips. We were advised to take our car home in the meantime. My fiancé spoke with the service manager who told him that it was a “courtesy” that they are fixing my car and that that did not have to be done because I signed a waiver that if a worker were to “slam” my car into a wall, they are not liable even though I just brought it in for an oil change. We were made to feel as if this was our fault and an inconvenience. 3 of my family members have purchased from this dealer as well because of the initial positive experience I had. I will not be using them or referring them to anyone again. Customer service needs great improvement. More
