They are always prepared with a clean courtesy car so pick-up is swift and Hoffman Audi in New London have always made it easy for me as the customer. They are always prepared with a clean courtesy car so pick-up is swift and efficient. They explain things clearly and simply. They prepare me with an estimate of the cost. They keep me informed through text and email. All of this is designed to minimize my time at the dealer and not get stressed by the small stuff. A huge contrast from at least one of the "premier" delearships next door that I used to frequent. Drop-off is similarly smooth and efficient. It's clean, quiet and confidence inspiring. If one of the service managers is busy, someone else jumps in to keep me moving. If I had one grumble, it's the length of the "sales pitch" I get when I ring and get their answering machine. I don't need to hear a one minute message before my "beep". That's about as picky as I can be. More
