Brian at drop-off and Jason at pick-up were very professional and genuinely friendly, and Brian made sure my car received every desired service (and worked to bring the overall cost down for me). The work appears to be well-done, too - the brakes, for example, haven't been this smooth and effective since the car was brand new. Brian was out when I picked the car up, but Jason walked through the completed services with me and answered all of my questions. After sitting for 5hrs with no rental or loaner I was finally told my car wouldn't be fixed today cause someone else brought a car in and they were working on that one instead. What was the point of my appointment then? And why is no rental or loaner available at a dealership with over 100 cars on the lot that offers 24hr test drives. Finally I get my car Monday it's 120 more then I got told for no apparent reason at all. Finally I got there and paid the bill. The xxxxxxx down stairs pocketed my emissions money so they double charged me for that. Needless to say a complaint with ford corporate is being filed. Congratulations on being a peice of xxxx dealeeship now instead of investing 70k to buy a new gt350 from your company I'll be buying a corvette instead. More

Bumper repair I sent my car in for repair of a cracked bumper due to a fender bender. Repair was quick and communication was great.
