B Frustrated with low quality repairs and poor service at other service shops, I decided to give Hoffman Ford a try. Wow, what a different experience. Brian at drop-off and Jason at pick-up were very professional and genuinely friendly, and Brian made sure my car received every desired service (and worked to bring the overall cost down for me). The work appears to be well-done, too - the brakes, for example, haven't been this smooth and effective since the car was brand new. Brian was out when I picked the car up, but Jason walked through the completed services with me and answered all of my questions. I'll be strongly recommending Hoffman Ford Service to my friends and colleagues. More
