I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else! My husband grew up in the area and he and his family have always purchased their cars from Lamoureaux. Being from RI and having bought my cars from other larger dealerships I was skeptical to say the least. The second I stepped into the doors, however, right off the bat I could feel the difference. Being smaller and family owned they truly take their time and answer any and all questions that we had! Jordan was our salesman and for only having been there a short time he was extremely knowledgeable. I've bought three cars from them and after this experience I won't ever again. The salesperson and I picked out a vehicle that fit my needs and they had in stock. Since my car was dangerous to drive I needed a car ASAP, which is why I was willing to buy a used car. After waiting for 20 minutes he shows up with a totally different vehicle and says that they had loaned the vehicle out and it wouldn't be coming back for over a week. I explained that I was highly interested and I know that when I had a specific loaner that they traded it out early since they needed the car. I reached out to the salesperson to see if they had gotten the car and his response was he's working on it. I called D'Ana in customer service who said that she would look into it. Apparently my business wasn't important to them. Today, I got a call that the car is back. Too late as I needed a car.

I was in the market for a truck and Gengras had a nice Frontier Pro 4x for sale. I did the pre approve option online from their website. Was pre approved and they made an appointment for me to come look at the truck 2 days later. Absolutely loved the truck and we started the process I met with Riley their Product Specialist and she walked me through everything on the truck and took me for a test drive. Josh the Sales Manager got me set up with some awesome financing. They told me they wanted to do a full inspection on the vehicle and detail it and it would be ready in two days. Two days later I met with Connor to complete all the paperwork and drove home with a new truck. I have to say Riley, Josh and Connor made this whole process absolutely wonderful. It, honestly, could not have been any easier. The whole team is very customer oriented and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the purchase and the service I received and if I am in the market for another vehicle this will be the place I go.

I was treated very UNFAIRLY by one of the salespersons by the name CHERYLANN WAMBOLT. I made an appointment to test drive a 2021Toyota 4Runner. She new I was coming from PA almost four hours away. While driving up for my appointment for over three and a half hours about half hour before reaching my destination, I get a phone call from her stating the the appointment needs to be cancelled because the vehicle has been sold. Is this how a Hommonasset Ford treats it's customers? That is UNACCAPTABLE!!! I never heard of anyone being treated that way. How do you sell a vehicle that was supposed to be test driven the next day?!?? If you make an appointment with this dealership to test drive a vehicle, be prepared to have your appointment cancelled.

#5!!!!!! Yes #5 for us Junior and the team always go above and beyond for us at the dealership. We talked with Junior about our truck and we discussed about getting another and within 2 hour’s signing some paperwork because i was out of town and the internet was a blessing to help speed up the deal while i drove there . My husband test drove , they even let him test drive a mustang hopefully #6 maybe next year . Thanks again Junior you always make it happen .

Through a web search I found a 2015 pre-owned Jeep Wrangler on the lot at heritage valley Ford in Brooklyn CT. Called the dealership and was set up with the salesman Tim Wesolowski. Ask a few questions and requested a few additional pictures since I am 4 hours away and was provided with everything very quickly. After deciding this was definitely the vehicle for us I set out to make a sight unseen deal based on Tim's word. After a gentlemen's handshake over the phone we agreed on a price and a time and date when we would make the drive with check in hand. Over the course of the next few days Tim answered a few additional questions we had and made sure everything was ready for us to go. We arrived Saturday morning to a spotlessly detailed vehicle with a full tank of gas and we're immediately greeted by Tim. We went for a test ride and everything checked out. Within 30 minutes the transaction was complete and we had the keys to our Jeep. Tim felt more like a friend than a car salesman that that that highly recommended both him and the dealership. The car performed flawlessly on the four hour drive home as I'm sure it will for many years to come. I cannot say enough good about the whole transaction. Thanks for everything.
