Very accommodating. I was in the market for a larger truck. Love the Ford F150 I had but it was not quite large enough to pull a camper we bought last year. Excellent customer service!! Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and stocked with refreshments. My service person was Karen Spatafora, she was smart, nice and very sympathetic to my time constraints. Karen quoted me a price and time for my service beforehand. I also had another issue with my vehicle that they took care of without a problem or charge. My service went over the time she quoted me but she was very apologetic and offered me a discount on my next service. She later emailed me to apologize again for the delay.
