Poor Customer communiucation We have purchased trucks from other dealers, but Hoffman came in with the lowest price. That is where the "Good" part of this dealership ended. I am a business owner myself for the past 38 years. The sale person failed to communicate with us on several occasions and rarely returned any of my phone calls in a prompt manner. Our $72,000.00 F550 arrived 4 weeks ago. The dealership lost the second set of keys and the manual that goes with the truck. The day we were going to pick up the truck, we noticed no rear view camera. The sales person forgot to inform the outfitters about a rear view camera that was not installed. It took the sales person over a week to order a second set of keys and that was after I complained to the Sales manager who had no idea what was going on. This sales experience seamed to drag in the mud with us. This is certainly not the way to treat any customer, no matter what the sales price was. Rest assured we will never suggest this dealership to anyone nor will I have the truck serviced there. More
