visit of august 15th, 2016 my ford fusion energi was purchased last fall,and came without a spare. the alesman promised to order a spare for me but never did so. i got a low p my ford fusion energi was purchased last fall,and came without a spare. the alesman promised to order a spare for me but never did so. i got a low pressure warning at brainard airport when i started the vehicle about 4pm i drove it to your dealership (@4miles or so). the car has a mere 5,000 miles the rim never got damaged, but your guy said the tire was not repairable. HAD TO BUY A NEW TIRE! no credit for the miles left on the tire! no ford guarantee covers tires apparently. I GUESS I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE CAR WITHOUUT TIRES AND BOUGHT THE TIRES AT SEARS< OR ANY TIRE RETAILER< all tire retailers offer a tire warranty! apparently FORD and HOFFMAN do not! NO WARRANTY EVEN ON THE TIRE YOU JUST INSTALLED! Quickest Service Appointment I've Ever had I scheduled a service appointment with Service Advisor Chris Sawyer to have the oil in my truck replaced. I explained to Chris that I would wait for m I scheduled a service appointment with Service Advisor Chris Sawyer to have the oil in my truck replaced. I explained to Chris that I would wait for my truck as I needed to get into work for a meeting once the service was completed. Chris asked me what day I would like to bring my truck in and what time I wanted to come in. He was totally working around my schedule and not the service department's schedule. I was able to pick the date and time that worked best for me. I arrived at the service door at 7:30 AM and was immediately waved in. The check-in process took one minute before I was escorted into Chris' office to verify my service needs. Chris personally handed off the paperwork to a mechanic and requested that they get right on it. I went to the customer lounge (which is very comfortable - TV, coffee and free WiFi), fired up my laptop and started on some work prior to my meeting later in the morning. Before, I knew it, Chris came into the lounge to let me know my truck was ready to go. It was freshly washed and waiting for me to get in and go. I didn't even have time to finish my cup of coffee. Now that's what I call quick! From driving into the service bay to getting back in my truck and heading for work was maybe 45 minutes at most. Outstanding! Needless to say, I will be coming back to Hoffman Ford and Chris Sawyer for my next service appointment. Chris treated me like I was the number one Hoffman customer. More

Could have sold me brake pads, but did not ask. I went in to replace rear brake pads, ended up with rotors and pads replaced. The brake inspection report showed fronts could use new pads, but nobo I went in to replace rear brake pads, ended up with rotors and pads replaced. The brake inspection report showed fronts could use new pads, but nobody asked if I wanted them replaced. I had to question the cashier to find out about the inspection and what it meant. For the cost of pads I would have replaced them with the hopes of saving my front rotors. Other than the non-problem issue, all went very well. More

Lucky Me I showed up with my Engine light on in my 2010 Escape on Saturday morning at 7:30 am without an Appointment. I was advised by Karen to leave the vehic I showed up with my Engine light on in my 2010 Escape on Saturday morning at 7:30 am without an Appointment. I was advised by Karen to leave the vehicle without any promise that it would get looked at because of 19 appointments already scheduled for the day with only 3 mechanics.They would try their best to get to it. Well I left the vehicle and was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from Karen Spatafora about 2:45 PM telling me the truck was fixed and ready for me to pick it up. Better yet the repair was part of a recall so it cost me nothing. I drove home with a nice clean vehicle washed by them with a smile on my face. More
