Bryce Piper, the General Sales Manager, and Richie Gonzales the Salesperson were both very friendly and helpful. They were totally focused on making sure I had a positive customer experience. There was a slight service glitch after the sale, and everything was taken care of without any issues. This is the best car purchasing experience I have ever had - Hoffman and these individuals are highly reccommended! More

Simple, stress-free vehicle lease I worked with Mike Warner at Hoffman Lincoln on an end-of-lease process. I've always preferred cars over SUVs as my personal vehicle, but I absolutel I worked with Mike Warner at Hoffman Lincoln on an end-of-lease process. I've always preferred cars over SUVs as my personal vehicle, but I absolutely enjoyed my Lincoln MKX to the point that I decided to lease another or purchase the one I was leasing. Mike made it easy since he presented me with all of the Lincoln incentives that were available. I've never drove the same vehicle twice and I was considering a BMW X5. They are very nice, but so isn't the MKX; and at a great deal lower in cost. I drive many rental cars, BMWs, Mercedes, Chryslers,... but I always miss my MKX the most. Organized and thoughtful I have been to many different Ford dealerships lately for service on my 2014 Ford Fiesta in different states. repair of vehicle, overheating, 2007 Lincoln Town Car I find it hard to believe that I was quoted a price for repair from $1000.00--$1700 from Hoffman Ford East Htfd. when, I had the vehicle repaired at I find it hard to believe that I was quoted a price for repair from $1000.00--$1700 from Hoffman Ford East Htfd. when, I had the vehicle repaired at a licensed repair shop elsewhere for $420.00 and that included a flatbed tow.
