Will they be "pushy", not listen for my needs or use the "my manger wants to speak with you" ploy? Angie Colby did none of that. She realized my interest was sincere and never pushed. With her high energy and big smile, she anticipated my questions, listened for my needs and knew her product thoroughly. We agreed on the terms, pricing and because I wanted a specific exterior and interior color combination, she explained that it would be at least 4 weeks until delivery. She touched base with me almost weekly to update me on the car's status. I waited 6 weeks for delivery and it was worth the wait! My new car is AWESOME!! Angie had suggested I do my "homework" and register on-line my Lexus Enform account. This expidited the pick-up process. She explained the many features, suggesting I practice in front of her. I had the tire pressure light on in my car, and couldn't get it off after checking the tire pressures and resetting. I called Hoffman Lexus Service, and they told me to stop by any time at my convenience f get it off after checking the tire pressures and resetting. He put air in the spare tire, and that fixed the problem. No tire pressure light. Service charge? Free! Gotta love Hoffman Lexus Service.
