Promised wait time was 2 1/2 hours late, Was told @ 10k miles the new tires that came with needed replaced, service mgr didn't even offer any suggestions, and they tried to sell an airfilter for 2x cost, b miles the new tires that came with needed replaced, service mgr didn't even offer any suggestions, and they tried to sell an airfilter for 2x cost, bear in mind this is the 4th vehicle we've bought from this dealership, very disappointed and this is our 1st negative review. The service department clerk was kind and informative. My entire wait time until my oil change was complete took about 2 hrs and 15 minutes. There were 3 vehicles ahead of me.
