Was over promised and under delivered constantly with your service advisor. Called very early on Sat morning after my car was broken into (window smashed and key fob disabled) and asked if I could bring your service advisor. Called very early on Sat morning after my car was broken into (window smashed and key fob disabled) and asked if I could bring it there… was told they would be able to look at the car today. Had the car towed to your lot. Service advisor didn’t have time to locate the car on Saturday so she said first thing Monday morning they would look at it. Meanwhile it sat exposed with an open window for two days. Monday they didn’t get to it. Tuesday they will try to order a new key fob, also was told I need differential service, tire rotation, oil filter and a whole litany of other things that were of no concern to me at this point.. basically a big upsell on service needs when my concern was getting my car back to the shape it was in prior to the break in only. When I declined these services, service advisor told me there was nothing she could do for me and would get me to the body shop for repairs tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and no one is in the body shop. Would be a few more days… at this point I ONLY wanted my existing key reprogrammed so I could drive the car somewhere else. That was finally done on Thursday morning, 5 full days after I was told it would be looked at. Service advisor calls me on Thursday morning to pick up the car, says it’s ready to go, key reprogrammed and I can pick it up. I take an Uber to the service center only to wait 50 minutes!! For her to walk the key and the paperwork over to the cashier so I could get the vehicle and leave. MULTIPLE other employees tried to help me including the cashier when they noticed me standing there for about an hour but the service advisor couldn’t be bothered and was busy on other calls (while I was waiting 10 feet away). Wasted A LOT of my time with this whole experience as I also had to relay all the daily delay updates to my insurance company so they could coordinate and an adjuster to visit the vehicle. All of this on top of feeling very xxxxty about my car getting broken into in the first place was a terrible experience. Disappointing because prior to this I had positive experience with your shop. But likely will not be coming back More

This location is convenient but barely adequate service-wise. All the people standing around and not one of them greets you. They will all let you wander around looking like an idiot without saying service-wise. All the people standing around and not one of them greets you. They will all let you wander around looking like an idiot without saying a word. Even when you have an appointment. There should be someone dedicated to guiding guests to their service writer or letting them know how long the wait will be.. When I have a discount, I get the run around from the service writer to the express lane to the cashier and back. Literally. And more than once. This last experience, my service writer proudly reminded me that he was a paper pusher and not a mechanic. I hate that cannot expect him to act in my interest and apply my extended warranty but I have to get my husband involved to “gently remind” them that I have an expensive warranty that should cover most of the service. It’s intentionally humiliating. Although it should be more embarrassing that half the techs there can’t drive my stick shift. And they had my car for 3 days to replace the batteries! I was texting my service writer while I was on hold with him for updates. I was on hold so long I got hung up on, twice! This dealership is about two miles from my house. So 2 stars for that. More
This is my second purchase from Hollywood Jeep. This one was even smoother than the 1st. The sales people, managers and finance people are a pleasure to deal with. The service center has been totally restaffed and it was a 100% improvement. The service writers and the managers are top-shelf. The parts department assisted me is getting the necessary parts to install my winch and tow bars over night. If you had any unacceptable dealings with these people in the past I would tell you "THERE HAVE BEEN CHANGES GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY" More
