Make sure you look good at your out the door price because as many times as I said that I didn’t want the extended warranty they snuck it under my nose and I didn’t realize it until I looked at my fin because as many times as I said that I didn’t want the extended warranty they snuck it under my nose and I didn’t realize it until I looked at my finance paperwork at my house. When I called they said that they had made a “mistake” and for me to come back and re do my papers. Oh. And they said that the bank never got the paperwork for the loan with the warranty however when I received my first bill the amount with the warranty is on the payoff amount. Horrible experience find another dealer if you can. I have to now wait on them to supposedly resolve this. More
Clean, professional, friendly, open to negotiation. I interact with sales, services and finance and the experience was great. I am not happy to be required to pay for things I am not going to be using specifically if the price point is extremely over prices ($2,000+) More

There was a recall on my Chrysler Pacifica so I stopped in without an appointment. As I waited in the short line for service I could see the service reps busy with other customers. My turn came and a f in without an appointment. As I waited in the short line for service I could see the service reps busy with other customers. My turn came and a friendly looking man named Carlos Castro approached my car and introduced himself and asked how he could help me. I explained and Carlos took down my VIN number, he asked me to follow him and we went to his little office desk. After printing up some paperwork for me to sign, I handed over my keys and asked where I could wait. Carlos directed me to the waiting room where there was a coffee machine and a large TV. I decided to wait in the showroom where there are tables and I could write a note and people watch. Less than an hour passed and Carlos came to me with the paperwork and took me to the checkout deck. There I was greeted by a woman that had me sign another paper and gave me my keys. There was no charge since it was a Chrysler recall. The dealership was clean and the people were attentive. I was thankful. I will be going back for tune-ups and oil changes but I will schedule ahead and ask for Carlos Castro to be my Service Advisor.
