Great customer service I arrived in Service area and was immediately greeted by my service advisor. He explained the service process to me. My vehicle was diagnosed by a cer I arrived in Service area and was immediately greeted by my service advisor. He explained the service process to me. My vehicle was diagnosed by a certified technician. After diagnoses it was determined that vehicle had to remain in the shop for a few days I was given a vehicle to drive while repairs were being completed. The experience was pleasant and effortless. Poor customer service I bought my jeep at the end of the lease period, paid for the tag and registration transfer on December 18th, 2019, and after calling over 10 times, s I bought my jeep at the end of the lease period, paid for the tag and registration transfer on December 18th, 2019, and after calling over 10 times, speaking with salesman, financial agent, tittle agent leaving messages with all including the General Manager, being told time and time again that I was going to get my title and tag nest week it never happened, as of today date March 17, 2020 ( 3 months). Not satisfied with the level of customer service at all !!!!!!!!!!! More
