I would def recommend this dealership for its 5 Star service Dept no doubt . Most unorganized and unprofessional service dept I've used where I purchased a 50k jeep. I've made waiting appointments for a recall and then for a tire repair. Nothing but negatively from Jose H and his service manager. They don't return phone calls and make it seems like me servicing the Jeep I bought there is a inconvenience. Aftersales customer service is key in the service drive! Your model needs to change before I ever go back. I choose to drive 40 minute to your service drive. Not again after these visits. More
