Hollywood Chrysler Jeep is the only service department that I’ve ever taken my Chrysler 300 C to. They’ve done all the oil changes all the maintenance anything that has come up they’ve been able to take c that I’ve ever taken my Chrysler 300 C to. They’ve done all the oil changes all the maintenance anything that has come up they’ve been able to take care of it. On my last visit I purchased four new tires and got another oil change they did it in record time as usual and at a fair price. Yes my vehicle has been in good hands going to this dealership for the past 4 1/2 years and it will continue to be so as long as I own this car. Hands down the worst dealership in South Florida, my dad left his Jeep for service 21 days ago!!! The service manager keeps ghosting us, 0 accountability. They told him that his the car was ready, he went t left his Jeep for service 21 days ago!!! The service manager keeps ghosting us, 0 accountability. They told him that his the car was ready, he went to pick it up and nobody knows anything, completely waste of time. All the service clerks are all upset at life, nobody tries to help. I had a dead battery and got a boost to take it to Hollywood Chrysler Jeep about 12:30pmThe Service guy that wrote up my work order let me know that they were very busy and that he would try to work m Hollywood Chrysler Jeep about 12:30pmThe Service guy that wrote up my work order let me know that they were very busy and that he would try to work me in and have my car ready by 2:30pm. They had to change my battery which was still under warranty and my car was ready by 2:35 PM. It was very courteous and even came to the waiting room to get me with my car was ready. More
