hollywood chrysler sold me a wrangler that had been in an accident, put thick bondo on the back and never told me. very deceitful. It still has wrinkles on parts of the body that weren't made smooth. Do not bring your vehicle here. They had my car for about 5 weeks to do simple work. Did not fix issues. Did not perform service. Service was poor. My car was towed around 5pm. It was closing time. I was told to return the next day. Upon arrival 7am, I produced my tire protection and was told it My car was towed around 5pm. I called to find out what time to pick up , only to be told , not because no tire in stock. Day #2 , I was told I will get a call when ready. I took an Uber to pick up my car after work, again told not ready, and offered a Courtesy ride. While waiting for Courtesy ride, I saw my car, I guess being test drive. I immediately when back inside, and spoke to a service advisor letting him know my car just pulled up. After waiting for paperwork from garage, I had to pay $189 before release of my car.
