Tons of problems with the vehicle we purchased and zero want from any of the staff to resolve our issues. Had a check engine light before we even left the parking lot, which they did resolve. Stacy-Ann is friendly and helpful. BUT... When my car was towed to them they signed for it then forgot about it. When you call you get put through to an automated system that says they BUT... When my car was towed to them they signed for it then forgot about it. When you call you get put through to an automated system that says they'll call back with an update, they never do. When I finally got through to a human they denied receiving the car. Fortunately the tow company had photos and a signature. They then said they didn't have my phone number (it's in the Jeep system, and maybe they should check when they receive a car that they know who the customer is). When I went to pick it up, again it took a while to find the car. More
