It was very hard to get in touch with an actual person, seemed like everything was automated. When I did reach someone they didn’t seem to know about my vehicle. I was initially told that my vehicle could seemed like everything was automated. When I did reach someone they didn’t seem to know about my vehicle. I was initially told that my vehicle could be diagnosed the same day I dropped it off and then later that day some one would call me. No one ever called. When I called at the end of the day I was told that they could not look at my vehicle that day because they were short staffed. It would be 3-5 days. I then asked if there was any way we could be put into the system as an emergency since we are not from that area and our car had broken down ( we had it towed there). Our service advisor told me that she would check with the manager and get back to me. I again never received a call so I called again and this time the service advisor got very rude with me. She was annoyed that I was asking for updates and asking if she had spoken to the manager. Stacy-Ann was our service advisor. After the last conversation I decided to have my vehicle towed elsewhere since it seemed my business was not wanted. More

Amount of time to complete the assessment and then complete the repair is unacceptable and I chose to take me jeep to another Chrysler/jeep dealership. This dealership appears to be EXTREMELY understa complete the repair is unacceptable and I chose to take me jeep to another Chrysler/jeep dealership. This dealership appears to be EXTREMELY understaffed, all they did was lie and make excuses on the time required, over one week Plus they would Not approve a rental. My jeep is still under warranty.
