I was told the Jeep’s clutch was fixed after 2 days. I was out of town and had to pick it up the following Monday. After a $70 Uber I arrive and the jeep is on the lot with a broken clutch and a dead ba I was out of town and had to pick it up the following Monday. After a $70 Uber I arrive and the jeep is on the lot with a broken clutch and a dead battery because I assume it had been sitting all week and didn’t even get into the shop considering the state of the clutch. I then spent another $50 to Uber home in rush hour traffic. The next day, I arrive after another $40 Uber and paid for a battery replacement (which I agreed to) but the fact it wasn’t comped is unbelievable. Waiving a $244 battery for $160 worth of Ubers and almost 3 hours of my time is the absolute bare minimum, but apparently waiving the labor for a 5 minute battery swap was clearly fair compensation. And, if I didn’t get the battery swap, I would’ve gotten zero compensation at all for my wasted time and money. Then once I get in the jeep, the gas is below a quarter tank. I know that is not required to fill up the gas, but the fact that after 70 miles and 2.5 hours worth of Ubers you guys can’t top off the tank. Unbelievable. I have no issues with Felipe, he was helpful and responsive. I do have a problem with how little respect was given to my time and money. More
