We have dealt with Leslie for our past 2 lease deals and our most recent purchase at the end of our lease. He has always been helpful, informative and professional. If we decide to lease or purchase anoth our most recent purchase at the end of our lease. He has always been helpful, informative and professional. If we decide to lease or purchase another lease, Leslie will be our go to guy. Although Alan was professional, he was not thorough and seemed bothered by our questions. We had talked to the finance department prior to our 9am appointment. We confirmed the the length of the loan and the time of our appointment. Alan didn’t get in until 10 and never thought to confirm the terms of our loan. The 1 star for the dealership is because their customer service in general was horrible. Fast, in and out, seamless, was definitely not how I would describe the process. More

The body shop experience from this dealership has been really horrible. The body shop manager who was handling the repair decide to quit and his priority was only is it for him to find a new job in which really horrible. The body shop manager who was handling the repair decide to quit and his priority was only is it for him to find a new job in which Greg the manager who was very disrespectful rude obnoxious and nasty had no respect to even try to rectify the situation for this delay. They never ordered parts for the car and wouldn’t offer a loaner car for any situation please have the manager and/or owner call me to refund me this rental bill asi have been paying for 12 days out of my pocket that is unfair thank you very much. I highly encourage never going to this body shop for anything whatsoever as they will not care to take care of your car properly or treat you with respect in anyway possible. More
